ACE Complaints Policy

AT ACE, we work hard to build positive relationships with everyone that we work with and to ensure that we always offer the highest level of service we can.  We welcome Parent / Carers to contact us, to ask questions or to share any concerns that they may have.

In the first instance, we always prefer that any complaints or concerns are raised directly with us so we can try and resolve them but more formal channels do exist and can be used if required.
